Will Photoshop Elements or Premier Elements handle it? (I also have Photoshop etc..).
I need to keep an eye on something and I have a webcam set up to take a picture every second it senses movement.
This means, on the average day I have 25,000-30,000 pictures to look at. Is there a way I could convert them to a video and watch it?
