is it possible to get a copy of negotiation activity?

Does anyone know If you can get a copy of the negotiation activity (especially the comments section) of a transaction from Sedo in case it needs to be used in a future dispute?

the thing is, once an offer expires or it is cancelled, it doesnt stay on the record for long. It would be great to be able to have a copy of all comments.

I think the offer stays there unless you delete it.
I have all mine for the past year.
