Is Money Booker (moneybooker.com) safe?

I just bought a name and they want me to pay through Money Booker. Is this a legitimate site? Just thought someone here might know.

Make sure to use the plural version of the domain just incase a scam version is setup on the other one... doesn't look like it but u never know.
