I looking for a cheap and safety registrar, i thank namecheap better than name.com and godaddy.com, but how about namecheap?

i know namecheap is a enom reseller, but can i push domain to enom account?

any registrar better than namecheap and pricing is good?

no you can't push from namecheap to enom

but you can get an enom reseller account for about $9
