Is offering 3 or 4 letter domains to companies considered bad faith?

Is offering 3 letter domains(e.g XYZ.com) to companies using the same initials (e.g XYZ corp) considered bad faith?

Even 2 letters. A member here lost 2 LL/LN .org domains for his effort. JL and A? . Point is there is always that chance they rather file then negotiate. It is a risk and imo with a asset that carries a value of $XXXX-$XXXXX I wouldnt risk it.

Yeah, the risk/reward just isn't there. They could use the letter sent against you in the WIPO case...not good. If you want to take out all the risk just call them and have nothing in writting :lol: just kiddin' don't do that.
