Is Pool.com A Fraudulent Operation?

For at least 6 months I have not made any backorders on the pool.com system. However - few days ago they notified me that I "won" 2 domains, and they charged my card $120.
I never ordered these (useless..) domains, but they insist I did.
Does anyone got similar experience with their operation? and what could be done to reverse these charges ( beside disputing the charge at the bank card)
