Is Registerfly down???

It is 9:20am Jan 15th. I can't log in to my Registerfly account. It tells me my "unable to locate user account". Can someone check for me to see if they can log in or are they down?

Same here. Cannot log into my RF account. Hope they will fix this soon.

I believe it was on and off yesterday, as I had trouble logging in a different times..

I noticed that they have applied new password policies and changed mine.
Not a bad move but they should have given us notice beforehand.

Anyway, use the password reminder tool, it will send the new password to your E-mail. It worked for me.

RF is not down. They have changed their security guidelines and thus they now require more secure passwords. You cannot login, because they have automatically changed your account password. Retrieve your password via the "Forgot Password" link and you will be sent the new pw. You can then change it in your customer account panel. The passwords must be between 10 and 20 characters now. Hope this helps!

Is anyone else having trouble retrieving/getting your new password via the "Forgot Password" other than me?? I keep getting a blank pop-up box
(breathe deep..relax...only another 30 or so to transfer out..)
