I don't know what the "member center" is/was, but all seems to be normal with my account, and they continue to send me nice checks on time each month.

Is there somebody related with Smartname in this forum? I use Bodis, not Smartname, I just made a test for a couple of days and have about US$ 300 on Smartname that I have not received yet and nobody response emails or tickets.

I guess I spoke too soon.
I never received my Feb check, no reason given, and they are completely ignoring all customer service requests.
I can only interpret this to mean that they are completely out of business.
