Well, lessee if we can check it out in a dictionary...
les*see (le-se') n. One that holds a lease. [Middle English, from Anglo-Norman, from past participle of lesser, to let out, lease. See LEASE.]
That's as opposed to "lessor", which is the one who lets property under a lease.
Somebody who leases out two really awful properties would be a "lessor of two evils"!

Visit dictionary.com before registering any domains and cut and paste the word(s) and use this when registering.
If using OV always check the DNs w/the 's' and without the 's'.
Many times ppl. register domains through my RR regg the wrong term. I'll check it @ OV in the singular and plural and often the other term shows more results.
I don't regg it, but wonder why ppl. don't check this-?

Yup, the spelling is correct. But why in the whole world anyone would want to register this domain, and in the .US extension, is way beyond me!? Subsequently reselling it in the domain aftermarket seems impossible at this time. One opinion. Good Luck.
