A domain I want epires soon.
I have a low bid on namewinner.com
but somone has a backorder on the domain and the domain was regged through godaddy. if the backorder aqquires the name it will go to tdnam and i can bid on it right?

my understanding is that the backorder through godaddy only places the initial $10 bid on tdnam and can be upset by anyone throughout the tdnam process, so the person that has the backorder should watch the auction.

Since it's a godaddy name then maybe it has already gone through the tdnam process. if that is true then i believe only one person can buy the backorder for the name and when it drops to the general registry then godaddy will pick up their name (overwhelming majority of the time) and award it to their backorder.
