... I can input my particular keywords of interest into once, then have it scan lists of domains to find a match?

It seems like it would be a fairly simple and common thing around here. Does it exist, and is it for sale (cheap)?

Otherwise, I assume I could hire a programmer to write it too.

Can anyone help me?
