Is there a service that will acquire reciprocal links for me?

Is there a service that a web site owner can hire to do all the legwork in geting good reciprocal links for me? It's a real site, not a parked site, and I would be looking for good reciprocals to political and media-related blogs. I can do it myself, but it just takes so much time.

No, not a comment service, although I'm considering that as well. Really just looking for someone to do the legwork on finding reciprocal links.

Yeah I have seen them before, but how effective it is depends on who or what companies are doing it. Price also veries, you have to look around in search engine and webmaster forums for it.
