Hi,
Is there any backorder service for .US extn ?
How does the .US delete cycle work.

No, not that I have heard of.

Not yet, anyway. The two year anniversary of the landrush is next month. give another two months for the drop cycle, and the bulk of drops should occur June-July sometime.

Hopefully Namewinner and Pool will add the TLD. Pool has been pretty good at adding them, but NW still hasn't added .biz even after the main drop. Most of the others like godaddy don't even do .info yet.

The next mini-landrush. However, I'm sure that most of the keyword domains have already been renewed. Hopefully the anniversary will kick-start more interest in the extension.

Hope Pool introduces one soon for .US. They, specifically Namescout, are awesome at getting new extensions. Just key in desired new extension name and it is literally yours.

I find .US especially good for specific areas that require, even thrive on, local country reference.

I'm glad the speculators here still hold out on .INFO and .BIZ. It's like picking out prime Florida swampland all over again. No worries, I can wait.

Your swampland must be at a very good spot. :)

i hope they dont, greedy buggers
