Is there any PPC that block China traffic?

I keep getting bad traffic from China. Is there any PPC that block China traffic and does not count their traffic?

The daily traffic has been about 10 but all of a sudden today, it increased to about 2000 without any clicks. Does that sound like "good" traffic? If it increases this much a lot of PPC would say that it was bought traffic or other bad thing.:?:

I believe sedo is blocked from china, a couple of names I have had got massive traffic at ND but fell to almost nothing when parked at sedo

2000 visitors without any clicks ? If 200 clicks without any lead , I may say it is bad traffic .
