I have a Wanted thread up and a member here is offering me domains that he does not own. After verifying in fact that he does not own each domain and confronting him, he claims he is a opensrs reseller (I am not familiar). But he does not have the authority to negotiate a price, nor even to conduct the transaction.

I already reported his PM's but I am wondering if this is something that is against the rules or possibly fraudulent before exposing this person.

Not to mention, he got quite rude when I confronted him.

Yes, you can sell domain names that you do not own, he may have permission.

When asked, he didn't give a clear answer. But if you can't negotiate a price what's the point?
