Is this good time to buy or sell domains?

I totally agree, BUY!
I still try and figure out good products names and such, as I believe that also the creative and innovative pit that most industry is in, well, its pretty obvious that money problems and other problems can halt creativity..
So my point is also, try and be innovative and see if good product names are there.. Maybe a new domain name is all that is needed to boost creativity.
And then you can invest the money in gold at a gold trade site. That is my plan. No more paper money. Give me some gold, and I dont think that it is time to buy properties at all, Cars? hmm.. boats? hmm.. Gas prices is climbing. So then what can be bought? domains? I do, I buy domains. Atleast I have then the only domain that is exactly like that. All else is different TLDs.. 1 word, 2 word and 3 word good domains, that surely cannot fail, and with low costs yearly, well, I didnt buy enron stocks, and they were more expensive.
