Move over, Sex.com, PrivateJet.com might just zoom in to the top spot as the biggest pure-domain sale ever. TheDomains.com reports that as per a press release, “Nations Luxury Transportations, LLC” has acquired the domain name, PrivateJet.com for a eye-popping $30.18M in a cash and stock deal from privately held Don’t Look Media. Definitely a good name, but with the press release and all it just seems like a publicity stunt to me...

Or just simply a ploy to beef up valuation for some yet undiscovered tax deduction, or end user pump.
 
Brilliant publicity stunt but I still dont have enough to buy a private jet.
 
Unless I'm very much mistaken, I own the Spanish equivalents. Just one more reason for me to hope for the upward mobility of Spanish within the USA: Mas CEOs latinos buscando aviones!

In case Nations Luxury Transportations, LLC, is eavesdropping, I will settle for less than $30.18M.

I hear that a much bigger sale than that has occured.
Apparently, A Russian billionaire has purchased: AMileHighClub.com for 69 million.
I remember seeing a 60 minutes interview with the buyer in question.
I can believe he would do it!
