Issues or not with disney on my domain?

Hi,

I got this domain for some time now, disney********.com
wondering what i could do with it and first thing came to my mind
is sell disney movies as an affiliate from Amazon.

This domain gets around 100 - 200 hits monthly and now parked at
sedo.

Would it be wise to develop a site ?
I don't want Mr. Disney knocking on my door.

Some feedback would be nice.

They would win in a dispute. Not sure if they would pursue it, but if they knew about it they likely would. It's that simple.

Another thing:
Possibly remove the domain from this post? disney doing a google search could pickup this post because the forum admins decide to ignore suggestions to hide this forum from SE's. Result: Them contacting you having proof you knew you were in the wrong.

My impression from speaking with Disney legal several times of the last year is that you are fine using Disney in the URL, as long as you are not imitating Disney or one of their sites in any way, or selling items to make a profit, they will be all over you. I own several domains with Disney in them that I use with no problem, but they are all information sites.

I have heard in years past (non-internet related) that Disney is notorious for jealously protecting any and all of their brands.

I think both work in that case. I wouldn't mess around with Disney. I know someone who interviewed with them. It was years ago but the subject came up in the interview for some reason. They made it clear that it was almost like a mantra with them that their brands are their life blood and they will zealously/jealousy protect them.
