We are going to close down this company at end of July and thinking to sell the domain name.

It used to be a very active website.

Currently it shows a PR4, 249 pages in URL and 19 link back.

Left it for a few days on sedo and counted more than 200 visits.

It is now used just to divert visitors to our other website.

the company will be shut soon so there are no legal problems of any sort.

In 2004 got an offer for the whole company for Euro 5000, via Sedo, but we refused as there was no intention of selling at the time.

Really difficult to tell you an exact value. I think it mainly depends on the nature of the traffic, if the visitors are looking for italian properties or not. The name in itself doesn't worth much but the value is coming from the nature of this traffic.

From the statistics that you gave, I would say its value is high $xxx to low $x,xxx but of course it all depends on the offers that you will receive .
