The name was vary active at one point:

He is getting emails in Korean language at this domain, the language that the domain was in when in use.

He just registered it so he had 7 hits in 8 hours. I'm hoping this could be relisted in the SEs again soon and the link value give that number a boost.

I'm also thinking that the bank that owns ITBI.net might want it for an se boost.

Hello itbi.org has 92 links . Search the name on alexa.com also if u search on google for "itbi.org" You get 32 links... The reason Your tariff results were negative can be cause it takes into account only .com or main links. Also the language factor is to be taken into consideration...
