Hey guys, I have decided that I want to sell http://www.ITrainHarder.com to focus on other website projects that are consuming my time. This really is a great site for anyone wanting to get into the weight loss/fitness niche. I am sure that you will agree that this is a great domain name for a fitness related site.
Aged Domain With Many Good Backlinks: Although the fitness blog was launched in April this year, the domain is aged and dates back to February 2006. The domain also has many good backlinks including a link from mashable.com which is one of the leading social media news sites.
Content: This blog features 100 quality posts on the wordpress blogging platform with weight loss, bodybuilding, general fitness, nutrition, training, and some news articles. 95%+ of the content is unique on the site. If you check the articles you will see it features plenty of quality content.
Moving Forward With The Site: There really is a lot you could do with this domain. Although at the moment the site is just a blog, I think this would be a great domain name to use for a social fitness community that connected personal trainers with clients. If executed correctly, the sky is the limit with how much money the site could make, but you already have a good foundation to work from.
Terms: The only requirement after the sale is that the links in blog posts remain as well as 1 of the blogroll links.
