I hate to even ask, but has there been any trademark issues as they are similar?
No trademark isssues. Their site is more of an educational site that talks about teen birth control and responsible behavior in that area. I don't think they even do any commerce on the site at all. Nobody has ever contacted me about it. It is good young adult traffic, too.
