I agree, I think it's a great name ;) You can actually remember it without writing it down, it's a .com, and Twitter (the most obvious association of the name, though it could have other uses as well - I bought it before Twitter even existed) is exploding in popularity right now.

I'm holding it for now, though if the right offer turns up I'll consider it.

I would think difficult to monitize as a parked page.

What if Twitter already has one?

I do not know if they do, but it just seems so likely.

This name would need to be a site.

There are not many people who are going to mistakenly type in iTweet when they meant to go to twitter. So rule out natural type in traffic.
