Earning $50-60 a month, with zero effort and promotion. Over 3000 registered users. No paid users to speak of.

Pulls on average 18 gigs a day and has between 300-1000 uniques a day.

Sale MUST close and site must be moved by January 31, 2006.

So there it is basically. I don't want to negotiate or argue. If you want it let me know, if not on Feb. 1st I close it.

Can be a great deal for some one. Make a reasonable offer. I am under no pressure to sell.

Does it use sql for its db ?
And for such a quick transaction, can you assure a host transfer to my server without much downtime ? And without losing the existing member list and access.
Also, if it is an sql db will it work with plesk ? (I ask because a previous site I bought will only work on cpanel)

I woul dlove to see the bloghoster license, but it is not transferrable.

Ballpark? I would rather get offers from you guys without boxing myself in. As I said has been earning $50-60 a month without any support, marketing or anything so offers or $250 are not really serious to me.
