this was a big fault of me :dead:
thought i wouldn´t make these "beginner mistakes" anymore,
next time i will check better before i backorder such a name.
So this name is a close canditat now!

Many people would have reacted with anger or gotten upset over such appraisal comments (regardless of their validity) - but he handles himself with total class and control. Sometimes these type of appraisal situations can get ugly (again.... regardles of the facts) but it's nice to see somebody who doesn't take appraisals personally - and accepts the situation for what it is.
