Jazz Arcade is a new turnkey site that is only a few days old. This site includes over 1800 games pre-installed that visitors can play. There is no charge for playing these games.

Since this site has so many games, visitors will keep returning to the site over and over again.

The Main Page displays the all the Game Categories with 4 games in every category. The games are randomally selected about once per minute. This is done so that the search engine spiders do not detect any type of spamming.

The site can be configured to display ads from the top three networks: adsense, ypn and chitka. The admin panel handles the entire configuration of these networks and it will only display the ads that you enable. The site uses geo targeting so that YPN ads are only displayed to USA visitors.

Visitors that are not members receive a 10 second delay screen that display ads prior to the game loading. Members do not see this advertising screen. This can be disabled in the admin panel.

I have already configured the site with the better arcade traffic exchanges. I will transfer these accounts to the new owner.

The site is earning more than $1 per day in revenue and this should go up when more visitors visit the site.

Other than changing the account numbers ands channels to adsense, ypn and chitka there is nothing else that needs to be done to the site. Everything is run in automatic mode. I am also offering 30 days of free hosting to the new owner. I can continue to provide hosting if the new owner requires it.

I am interested in buying at $300 price but I would like to have help in loading the website on my new Virtual Private server at GoDaddy--- how much would you charge extra to help in transfering and getting the website running at my new VPS -- I have limited experience in this type of thing-- have only helped transfer one website before--it is my recipe website

What script was used to build the site??

The script was origionally Onarcade, but there have been extensive modifications to both the script and the template.

If your host is Linux running cpanel I can install the site on your server including the database. But you would have to download the games and images, and then upload them to your host. I can zip these files up for you, but I would expect the zip file to be quite large.

I went to onArcade and read their licensing info and it said it was OK to transfer a license to a third party at any time but that a request to them (onArcade) directly to transfer the license to the third party must be made prior to completing the sale/transfer.

It also had some info on their associated gampacks that I did not understand.

Would you be willing to contact onArcade directly to get their permission to process the transfer of your license with them to me from you and permission to transfer also to me any games and gamepacks you got from them with your original license???

I think they said that they would not support the parts of the code that were modifications-- or does it say that they would they would not support ANYTHING that has been modified?? Need clarification.

We can load the website and database either on my Linux acct, which has dailyrecipes.net, which is linux-php-mysql with 25 mysql dbs (only using 2 mysql dbs so far) with GoDaddy's std panel which i believe is a cpanel-like control panel-- it has 100GB storage and 1000GB Bandwidth --it is a Deluxe shared hosting acct that now allows unlimited domains and websites

my Virtual Private server with LINUX linux-php-mysql but with Plesk unlimited domains control panel instead of cpanel-- but Plesk should not be too much differnt than cpanel(??) Can you work with it ?? --it has 30GB storage and 500 GB bndwidth that can be increased if needed but max 50GB storage

So both accts are LINUX_PHP_MYSQL

so the questions:

Are you willing to ask onArcade for permission to transfer license and games??
Can you work with Plesk instead of c-panel control panel ??
How may MBs for whole website+dbs+games ?? hopefully less than 1GB
For the ziping of the games and images-- how big of a zip file in MBs or GBs??
Can you zip me the zip file in smaller ziped pieces?? Why can't they be FTPed directly to website??
