ok, JLo winning the .net and .org wasn't a big surprise, especially after the guy
offered to sell the domain names to Lopez for $80,000
http://wipo.int/amc/en/domains/decisions/html/2009/d2009-0057.html

but look at the guy's response here:
Some allegations against the site were made, in that the fan site was a commercial site. I can't stop wondering since when a site with click-able ads is considered commercial site.... all part of the sales , from our advertisers support the artist in sales of her CDs, DVDs, and other merchandise.
Hosting a fan site costs money, bandwidth, server space, and web design, are all part of owning a site.

All of these have been paid for out of our pocket, with some advertising funds paying only for a small portion of this.

Ah nobody messes with Jenni ...

A great lesson for new domainers as well. :)

JLo what an ass! lol

Wasn't there a discussion earlier about people registering other people's names?
