The previous owner has had it for three years and no issues.

81,047 for Jenny McCarthy alone on Overture in Jan. Thats not including the other various Jenny searches.

162,000 references on google.

So whats everyone's input?

Figured someone would say that. I had more in the post but deleted so I could see if I got that sort of comment.

Actually, if you visit http://www.jennymccarthy.com its not even a fan site. Just pictures and then links to celebrity porn. This in my eyes would be squatting.

I on the other hand would be developing a fan site.

No matter how you word your post, you are still squatting. Your name is not Jenny McCarthy.

You will lose this in a second if she wants it.

I think the days have passed that a star or anyone for that matter can get a domain back under those terms.

The Jerry Falwell case is the best example especially since the domain is used to make fun of him.

Still you are squatting, and making money off of another persons legal name. If you are ok with that.

Jerry Falwell is entirely different, and probably why they're winning their case/cause. Jenny is a "commercial" superstar ... and you WILL lose this domain the second she wants it, as GD has rightly observed, and IMO opinion, as well.
PS. I ain't no lawyer, neither. :D
Good Luck.
