I own this domain name, and was wondering if I started a company with the intent of selling religious supplies for the Jewish faith, would there be any issues incorporating a company called "Jewish"?

Can one use a domain name in connection with trade that ends in inc.com without actually being
an incorporated business?

Can't give you a legal advice, but I've seen lots of companies having sites that end with -inc.com. I think if you use the company name without 'inc' and the inc is only in the domain it should be ok.
Besides that, nice domain ;)

The name of my company is "Seattle Linux, Inc."
When I put up a website, i.e. seattle-moms.com,
I state at the top "A Seattle Linux, Inc. Website".
I think this clears me of any requirement to file a DBA?
Can 'Inc' be used in a metaphorical sense without legal ramifications?

Depends on what jewish for.

The sole requirement in say, Delaware, is for the name to be typographically distinct from any other registered corporate name.

You can't use Inc unless it is for an actual registered corporation and you cannot transfer the Inc to other DBAs. Barto Enterprises, Inc. DBA as DNQuest. I cold not use Dnquest Inc. unless I actually incorporate DNQuest as a business name.
