Very sweet. Crazy generic to bring to task anyway. Nice work!

"Complainant has placed a spectacularly high maximum bid of $2.74 to have its advertisement for absorbents displayed in response to Internet searches for the word “pig.” Complainant caused the display of its own ad on the Respondent’s website, and that such a result was entirely independent of any consciously directed activity of the Respondent."

WOW!

Honorable Karl V. Fink (Ret.), Chair
Honorable Charles K. McCotter, Jr. (Ret.), Panelist
Honorable James A. Carmody, Panelist

did you pick any of these?

Let's celebrate with a slice of Canadian bacon :D

Wouldn't be the first time a complainant tried to alter the results on the respondent's website. Hiring an experienced attorney who knows to look for these kind of things is crucial.

Wel done Adam and John, logic does sometimes prevail!

I, like most I guess, had never heard of the Complainant.

I am glad you won, now I can rest a little easier and one-day develop Pig.st into the site I want about Landrace, Gloucester Old Spot, Tamworths, and the like (and yes I actually spent 2 years as a pig farmer - sad to say had to give it up).

Thats crazy, good decision from the panel.

All the little 'piggies' are now surfacing... :-)

Congrats!

Out of interest, does the losing side have to pay both sides costs ?

"Everywhere there's lots of piggies, living piggy lives
You can see them out for dinner with their piggy wives
Clutching forks and knives, to eat their bacon"

Congrats to all involved.

Congrats!
Well done, John!

Congrats....an astute resolution....

Congrats Adam! John Berryhill is the man!!! That's what the complainant gets for trying to be sly!

Out of curiosity, is there any restitution that the complainant must make for cost of counsel?

Congrats to Adam and John. Well done.

Adam how about a book "The Elephant and the Pig" ? :D :D
That's 2 mammals in a row.
