Joker.com transfer headaches!

Does anyone know the best way to contact or to get joker.com to transfer a domain name. I've been trying for the longest time, I even sent them the written transfer agreement but it was sent back because the address they listed was incorrect.

If anyone could help me on this I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

If you have the chance transfer away from them.
I was about to do that when I found out that they require more than one week to accept outgoing transfers. So I had to renew there :-(
