Nope, it's new. Just a phrase that gets some broad match searches, and I always watch for loan related domains to possibly develop.

$xx As is. Who in their loving right mind is going to ask for a jumbo fixed loan. Fixed loan is great, but jumbo is not really a loan appropriate keyword.

JumboLoan.com sold for $23,530 at traffic back in 2006...

Jumbo is a huge term in the mortgage industry - those homeowners who have higher valued properties understand the word jumbo. Develop the site - easy to make money with this name.

as such, i dont think 5k-10k is too far off if the site is properly developed

Of course, you have to find a buyer as always

Ok, I have the info I need. It's not a totally dumb name and I can put it in an auction and start with a low price and see how it goes. I agree that traffic is what pushes up the price, if I had time to develop this one I would. Hopefully someone else will see the potential.
Thanks :ok:

Sorry Taylor. Worst appraisal I've seen here in history. 1 month domains don't sell for 10k in 2008.

JumboFixedLoan.com ... A couple things, first I stand by it's worth developing. This probably won't fetch 5-10k in an auction (if so - congrats) but a domain like this is easier to develop and seo for mortgage leads so there's a base value to end users and domainers who understand the development road. Again, probably not 5 or 10k but worth a smaller amount to someone out there in the mortgage industry if it's purely an undeveloped sale.

"1 month domains don't sell for 10k in 2008" - Please....that is ridiculous.

Way too many domainers focus on the age of the name when in fact all of you would stand up and pay millions of dollars for sex.com or mortgage.com even if the registration date was yesterday.

2008 is not 2028 - this industry is still in it's infancy

Easy? put your money where your mouth is. Inflated appraisals do more harm than good. This is a $xx domain to a reseller
