FYI: More than 2,000 proxy-concept domain names (from proxyaviation.com to proxyzimbabwe.com) were let expired back in 2003, mostly on 14 September 2003 and probably by the same registrant. A simple calculation tells us that at least some 5-figure investment has gone down the drain. (This info is copied with minor editing from an old thread of mine elsewhere.)
