RealTimeInterface.com

A term used for a variety of technical access issues.

Value?

Sorry but I just don't get the word combo. Aren't all web interfaces in real time anyways? If they weren't why would people use them?

No, not really.
Take an example:
We all register Domains with an Interface made accessible to us by one of many registry companies. In most of them, you fill in a form, and the only thing that happens is that your order is "saved". Everything else happens without your knowledge and you sooner or later receive a E-Mail informing the order was successfull (or not).

Some few registrars will give you "Real Time Access" to ordering your Domains.
A "Real Time Interface" where you get real time confirmation one or two seconds after ordering your domain.

This is just an example. There are many other procedures where you can have a "Real Time Interface".

I was thinking more from the average internet viewers angle - they fill in a form ( a type of interface) - press enter and that's it. The average internet user is accustomed to online interfaces for banking, credit card payment etc and these are all done in real time. Guess you are going to have to look for a specialized end user.

Real time interface (RTI) like instrumentation, image or data acquisition over the web or other medium?

Example weather station in antarctica?

Is that sensible?

Maybe, I hadn't thought in that direction yet. Thanks.
