To me, 'Just' implies negative overtones vs. something more inspiring like: 'amazing'

Since the domain justwallpapers.com is already in use it's not worth developing.
They value mainly depends on how much traffic the domain gets. I suggest you park it at domainsponsor.com and see if you generate any revenue.
