Not sure about the value for this type of City domain, though I would guess mid to high $XXX reseller. I wouldn't sell for less than mid $X,XXX to end user.

I'm not disrespecting any of your appraisals, but how can any domain of 10,000 overture be worth XXX-low XXXX$? also a geo domain with 2.5 million population?

I think using Overture is not the best way to value a domain, unless maybe it is w/extension. Any amount of overture results doesn't guarantee any traffic for the particular domain.

As I said I am not sure of value for this type of city domain, based in a country like Iran. I do not see a big Iranian presence on the internet although there are alot of overture searches. I wouldn't place alot of reseller value on this type of domain. Might be worth alot to the right end user.

Finally someone with brains says something bout OVT. Unless a particular domain is among the top 3 results on major search engines (or at least first page), there can be 10000000000 searches and no traffic.
