just checked uspto -
nothing listed for karasxxx or karasxxx.com so i believe the answer is no trademark

Maybe I'm missing something here ... is Kara's XXX an established, porn-type site? If so, my educated guess would be >> TM issue. If not established already, what made you think of it to register? Is your name Kara??

I hate to say anything bad. It's a great domain name, until the .com company finds out about it. They're huge and TM or not, they could easily bury you with legal fees.

P.S. As an after thought, contact the company. They may be willing to let you keep the domain if you push their site exclusively. That could add up to some decent coin.
