If I am looking at KBB price to figuring out used car prices..
like to know if KBB price is reflective of current market conditions?

I don't think they factor in current market conditions - just depretiation and condition.

A very good resource

Also, take a look at Carmax.

They are selling cars at the most reasonable prices out there overall.

They will be pretty spot on for retail of used vehicles.

And, where you live also plays a huge factor.
