The good domain name for a footwear shop.

No shit? You think it would be a good name for a brand of shoes?

This is the epitome of stupid and blatant and disgraceful service - Bido allowing such a name to even be listed for sale.

The day will come when not only the domain name registrant is sued, but the domain registrar that allow the TM to be purchased and registered by the non-TM holder will be sued, and the auction company that allowed the listing of a TM will be sued and perhaps ruled as an accessory after the fact by allowing and facilitating in the sale of Trademarked material.

Perhaps everyone involved can share the same attorney, appear before the same judge, and share the same cell.

Why don't you just delete the domain instead of trying to market the domain as "Perfect for footwear shop". You're even using their old commercial to promote your auction.

You're right, I've deleted the initial post. Unfortunately I cannot do it with an auction as it's already started. Sorry, I should be more careful about such names in the future.
