I mean domain names get stolen all the time, and no one ever steps in to help, like all the fraud paypal transaction of domain names and more notable one like Sex.com many years ago, This guy who got Sex.com stolen was more less my neighbor. It took him years and lot and lots of money to get his name back to just eventually sell it.

I had 29 domains stolen all at once, when a hijacked paypal account was used and paypal took the money I was paid after the domain had been transfered.

But it is just that easy for the court to do?

I think you are missing the point, its all about money and the greed of a democrats working in line with a vigilante circuit judge. The Kentucky derby brings the state of Kentucky revenue & profits. They are using "lack of regulation" as a ploy to bring these sites down since they are not earning any of the revenue that the citizens of Kentucky spend on online gambling. They see it as a loss, if Kentucky citizens spend $x dollars gambling online thats $x amount of revenue that the state is not getting to tax.

This also means less money being spent in the state internally by citizens because they gamble the pay check away.



I really think it comes down to one of these guys has a gambling problem and lost a bunch of money to online gambling and now thinks it is rigged, and this is how he will get back at online gambling. Most likely got beat out of a big pot by a 1 outer suck out in poker to many times.

I dont think they are buying these names, the are using loop holes in our law to steal these names. I would venture to say Kentucky would go bankrupt if they purchased all 140 domain names at there market value.

You bring up a good point, this could end up being very costly on a long term basis for Kentucky voters whos taxs will pay for these renewals. especially if this list of domain names grow.
