Sorry, I should have been more specific... More at issue is ICANN's inaction in the wake of this foreseeable disaster.
 
I agree, ICANNT needs to go, and the 25 cent per name tax they get for nothing ended too.

I'm betting Regfly ends up in the bankruptcy court, and I'm really looking forward to it.
 
great to see that Icann (or perhaps they should be called Iwont) are getting stick. Anyone fancy helping me set up an epetition calling for Icann to face consequences for turning a blind eye to the registerfly debacle - as we all know this registerfly fraud and complete incompetence has been going on for many many years. While we're at it we can petition enom too as they turned a blind eye for a long time too - how convienient considering that registerfly was an enom reseller for many years and enom were more than happy to get their cut before FINALLY dropping registerfly. I'm now helping out the site admin at registerflies so if anyone wants to get the ball rolling either on dnforum or on registerflies.com drop me a pm
