How would you price keyword domains related to their volume / ppc and competition ?

Some generic examples , hypothetical stats and price ranges would help

Additionally , is it preferable for a keyword domain to have the TLD being part of the keyword or just be the whole keyword with .COM if available?

also, you don't price names based on those metrics alone.
there is more to it, like experience, demand, usage potential, commercial viability, etc. etc.
