what do you think about domains like keywordforum.info, for example softwareforum.info? Do they have any value, and can they be sold?

You're playing to a niche market. I wouldn't place too much value on these. Better to stick with general words with .info (for example: pregnancytest.info, vitaminpills.info)

IMO, replace these with more valued .info's. Furthermore, set them open for sale here or auction elsewhere to see if you get any takers.
