Hi,

Could you appraise how many monthly revenue multiples would a name like kom.cn worth? Or con.cn?
The idea is that the name will get typo traffic from all com.cn (*.com.cn) sites. Also valid for other countries that have both XX and com.XX extensions.

first, it wouldn't get traffic from all .com.cn sites.

it would only get traffic if people forget to put the (.), and then misspelled com by typing "kom or con".

if there was traffic after that, then it would depend on the domain and conversion of that traffic to $.


following that, multiples can be whatever you set or whatever a buyer is willing to pay.

1) It will get traffic from all of the ones below if it set up correctly:
aa.kom.cn
abc.kom.cn
dshdfd.kom.cn
......
......

2) It won't get any traffic from the ones below as you've suggested because the name is just kom.cn:
aakom.cn
abckom.cn
dshdfdkom.cn
.......
.......

Do you have an idea of possible multiples? It's a typo but a special kind of typo and no tm issues.

Not sure how many typos there would be on that, since the k is on the opposite side of the keyboard as c...the xom typo makes more sense imo.
