true dat. I guess I'll just have to wait and see. There are tons of "iphone" and "ipad" domains out there, and I doubt apple goes after any of them. So I'm not too worried about it.

You need to do tons of reading about trademarks. Apple & Amazon does go after TM Squatters. Check out the examples below:
