Yep...I agree...something has to be done. Preventing the high bidder from bidding on the domain he didn't pay for in the first auction is not enough of a deterrent.

maybe there are people using ghost reseller account to bid. so probably only allow those account with at least 10 enom point to bid.

So I guess now ENOM will receive the URDP since the were unable to successfully "sell it"? Who will the buyer be?

Well ... seriously, their privacy policy would forbid that, although yes, eNom does need some procedural mechansim to curb these jokes and hold their auction's integrity.
