I think it's a pretty strong case just simply due to the fact that they have large public appeal and it's a nationally recognized chain. I mean who doesn't know what a Kinko's is. There may be some honest uses for it but I highly doubt the registrant or ENOM will be able to prove otherwise. Open and shut case IMHO.
