Often, we rush to criticize a company or service that is lacking in support. If something is broken we expect it to be fixed ASAP... and rightly so.

I'd like to give a big thumbs up to SnapNames for being efficient & responsive, consistently over the last few years. They could have taken us domainers for granted, since they are the only game in town (for all practical purposes) but they have'nt done that.

Special thanks to Kjel... he is a class act!

Concerning their support service, I never had a problem (fast, efficient...).
About swapnames, sorry if it sounds harsh (I sure hope the "little guy" will not be too heavily hurt), this is indeed a confusion with their brand and SN has the right to protect it imho.
I can understand that.

Hmmm... still waiting for reply to a support request from almost 3 days ago.
But the issue got solved, by itself, after about a day.

Would have appreciated an answer though.

Massive props also goes out to Dorothy @ Snapnames for handling a couple of issues lightning fast. They do indeed practice great service to their clients!
