I think it's kinda cool in term of eye catching.. and will get a lots of click thru if you have it listed or advertised because it's stylish that will catch surfers' eyes.

Anyway, I believe you have 2 problems here; one is IDN doesn't resolve without the plug-ins, and the other is it's a trademark name.

Actually IDN's resolve fine in Netscape/Mozilla but IE is behind the times until their next release.

Although I agree with all of the negative TM problems, I disagree with the usability issues and think it is kinda cute that you got their exact name. I am a sucker for creativity and give you high marks in that area.
