Why can't I start consignment auctions? I'm an Exchange Member! The option has either disappeared off the face of the earth or I've gone blind.

I guess every one jumped ship for good? I paid for a flimsy exchange membership and by-gone-it I'm going to use it!


Seems like it is now impossible to start consignment auctions.
